Prayer – When I Need Someone To Show The Right Way
Seeking The Holy Spirit’s Direction
Heavenly Father, the source of all wisdom and understanding, in this moment of uncertainty and confusion, I turn to You. Often, I find myself at crossroads, unsure of which path to take, yearning for a guiding light to show the way.
My heart is restless, seeking clarity and the right path amidst the chaos of life’s choices and the multitude of voices that beckon from every corner.
Yet, deep down, I am reminded of Your unceasing love and my God’s guidance. I believe that You have a purpose for every twist and turn in my life, and even when I cannot see the next step, You have already mapped out the journey ahead.
I seek the assurance of Your presence, the gentle whisper that steers me away from peril and towards Your embrace. In the cacophony of life, help me to tune into Your voice, the one true North Star guiding my way.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.
Jesus Shows The Way
Heaven Father, as I struggle with the cares and worries of this world today, please help me to look to the cross. I need to see and truly understand what Jesus Christ has done for me. He came down from heaven to sacrifice His life for the worst sinner – me.
Yet, I’ve lied, cheated, disrespected my parents, broke all the commandments. And all the while, I’ve felt the world owed me something. But my wrong decisions and selfishness have only brought my world caving in.
Psalm 143:8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
Isaiah 48:17 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.
I Was So Wrong!
Heavenly Father, Satan had me fooled into believing that my wrong decisions to follow sin will be okay, if I do it in only one area of your life. I WAS WRONG!
One sin, big or small can have the biggest impact on my life. It can bring even the strongest of foundations down unless that foundation is Jesus Christ.
My wrong choices has gotten me to where I am today, Lord. But the grace of God has kept me from ending things. Your grace kept me from falling further into sin. I needed a savior to show me the way to live.
Psalm 37:4 Delight Yourself in the LORD and He will give You the desires of Your heart.
Proverbs 16:9 The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.
Walking with Purpose and Clarity
In this maze of life, O Lord, I yearn for You to show me my purpose. Each step I take is a testament to my trust in Your overarching plan, even when the destination is shrouded in mystery.
I pray not just for clear paths but also for the courage to tread boldly, even on uncharted terrains, armed with faith that You are with me.
Guide my thoughts, my actions, and my intentions. In moments of ambiguity, provide me with the patience to wait, to listen, and to move only when I feel the nudge of Your Holy Spirit.
And as I move forward, may my journey be a beacon for others, a testimony to Your unwavering guidance and love. With each step, let me reflect Your light, illuminating not only my path but also the way for others searching for direction.

I’m Truly Sorry
Dear God, I know I’ve sinned horribly and this may be my punishment for all I’ve done. But I’m truly sorry, o Lord.
I haven’t lived a life for you because I didn’t know anything. But now I do! I want to hear your voice, o Lord, and truly seek you in everything I do. From waking up in the morning, to raising my children in your ways, Lord.
I’ve been lazy, selfish, lied, cheated and I don’t deserve your forgiveness. But I truly need someone to show me the right way to live and that’s you (Jesus CHRIST)!
James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

No Longer Chained To The Past
Lord, it’s been a process every day since I’ve found You and Your grace. I know it is possible to live a new life in you, Jesus Christ and not be held chained to my past.
The way out is you, Jesus Christ and the sacrifice you made for us all! I now only look to one King and that’s Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
