Increase – Fruit of the Spirit

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking an increase in the Fruit of the Spirit within me. Lord, plant the seeds of Your divine love and joy deep in my soul.

Let them flourish and overflow in every aspect of my life. In a world where indifference and sorrow often prevail, let Your love and joy be a beacon of hope through me.

Infuse my being with a love that knows no bounds, a love that mirrors Your own, unconditional and forgiving. Stir in me a joy that transcends circumstances, rooted in the assurance of Your love and faithfulness.

May this love and joy not be confined within me but extend to touch the lives of those around me, spreading Your warmth and light.

Job 42:2 – I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.

1 Chronicles 4:9-10 – Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.

Bless Me And Enlarge My Territory

Father, You are a God of Increase and today, I ask for an increase in the fruit of the Spirit – love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Give me the desire to accept the fruit, Father and may I receive with humility.

I pray Mighty and Merciful God, just as Jabez did, that You would bless me and enlarge my territory. That Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.

I also pray that You would prepare my heart, my level of fitness, my education and my environment and any other area necessary to receive Your provision.

May Your roots go deep within me as I prepare to handle the provision and growth, with grace.

Lord, by receiving these blessings, I trust that my relationship with You and my family members will not, in any way, be contaminated.

1 Corinthians – 15:56-58 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Galatians 5:22-23 – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Fostering Peace and Patience in My Walk with You

Lord Almighty, in my journey with You, instill in me a deep sense of Your peace and patience. In a world that moves at a relentless pace, grant me the serenity that comes from Your presence.

Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In challenging situations, help me to exhibit patience, reflecting Your grace and endurance.

Help me to embrace Your timing, understanding that Your plans are perfect in their unfolding. May patience guide my actions and reactions, enabling me to wait on Your promises with unwavering faith. In the stillness of Your peace, let me find the strength to face each day with hope and resilience.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Colossians 3:12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.

Embracing Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control in My Life

Heavenly Father, I seek the virtues of faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control in my life. In a world of constant change and uncertainty, anchor me in Your faithfulness. Help me to remain steadfast in my commitment to You and to the path You have set before me.

Let my life bear witness to Your unchanging nature and unfailing promises. In my interactions and decisions, let gentleness be my strength and self-control my guide.

May I approach every situation with a gentle spirit, mindful of Your gentle handling of my own frailties. Grant me self-control that I might resist temptation and live in a manner worthy of Your calling.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
Psalm 37:11 But the meek shall inherit the land and delight themselves in abundant peace.

I Will Not Quit

You are the Master-planner and I will be obedient to Your call, as I continue to persevere for increase. I will not quit because You are my God and in You I rely.

All these mercies I ask and pray in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, who died so I may have LIFE! Amen!
